Add the items you'd like to buy to your basket, then go to checkout. Enter your UK delivery address, choose a delivery option and pay securely by card. You'll receive an order confirmation by email once your payment has gone through.

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can also view order status and history any time from My Orders in your account dashboard.

We aim to dispatch orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order hasn't yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, you're welcome to return the item to us under our Returns Policy.

We currently deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 working days. Express delivery options are shown at checkout where available, along with an estimated delivery window for your postcode.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery fee will always be shown clearly before you pay.

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details, including which items are excluded, are available on our Returns Policy page.

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. All prices shown on HyperStore are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Yes. All payments are processed through an encrypted, secure payment gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
